1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses an account on the olx188 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any services provided by olx188, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3. Eligibility Requirements

The use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with olx188. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Any Player found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts closed, and all funds and winnings forfeited.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Account to any third party.
• Financial Capability: You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss. You confirm that any funds deposited to your olx188 Account are your own and not borrowed, and that their loss will not create financial hardship or negatively impact your ability to meet essential living expenses.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account with olx188, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must also create a secure username and password for your Account.

4.2 Verification Requirements

olx188 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and is legally required to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Withdrawal requests may be suspended until satisfactory verification is completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any other Account security information with any third party. You agree to notify olx188 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. olx188 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.4 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination with forfeiture of any balance.

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

olx188 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banking institutions including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular Indonesian e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in any other currency.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Standard minimum deposits are Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet transactions. Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon successful verification by the payment provider. In rare cases where processing is delayed, funds should appear within 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our customer support team immediately.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your olx188 Account are from legitimate sources and are rightfully yours. You must not deposit funds that are derived from illegal activities or that belong to any third party. olx188 reserves the right to conduct source of funds checks at any time and may request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and return of deposited funds.

5.4 Responsible Deposit Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, olx188 allows Players to set personal deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, these limits cannot be increased immediately; any request to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limits can be decreased at any time and will take effect immediately.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time through the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If the original deposit method is unavailable, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged at olx188's discretion following additional verification.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours during business days, though actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank's processing schedule. We strive to process most withdrawals within 2 hours for verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawals requested during weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience longer processing times.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed account verification (KYC) as described in Section 4.2. Additionally, deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Any active bonuses may have specific wagering requirements that must be met before associated funds can be withdrawn. Failure to meet these conditions will result in your withdrawal request being declined.

6.4 Fees and Charges

olx188 does not charge fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. In cases where we incur fees from payment providers for processing your withdrawal, we reserve the right to deduct such fees from the withdrawal amount. This will be clearly communicated before the withdrawal is processed.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

olx188 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material. Bonuses are generally available only to Players who have completed account verification and meet any specified eligibility criteria. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or turnover requirements) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable funds. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements and contribution rates by game type will be stated in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

olx188 prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting both sides of an event), or any other activity that we deem to be abusive or not in the spirit of the promotion. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face Account termination.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

olx188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any Player from participating in bonuses or promotions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or violation of bonus terms. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility and compliance with wagering requirements are final and binding.

8. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

8.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

Each game available on the olx188 platform operates according to specific rules, which are available for review within the game interface or upon request from customer support. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-world event outcomes. Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the system.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a wager, olx188 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all wagers placed. This includes situations where games display incorrect information, odds errors, or connectivity issues. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. olx188 is not liable for losses resulting from connection problems on the Player's end.

8.3 Fair Play

All Players must engage in fair play and must not use any artificial intelligence, bots, automated betting systems, or other software designed to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage. Any form of cheating, collusion with other Players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or attempts to manipulate game results is strictly prohibited. Players suspected of such activities will have their accounts immediately suspended pending investigation.

8.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are accepted on the basis that the event will be completed within the scheduled timeframe as determined by the governing sports body. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, specific rules apply depending on the sport and market type. Generally, if a match is not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olx188 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the olx188 platform for money laundering purposes or to transfer funds illegally between parties.
• Underage Gambling: Creating an account or gambling while under the age of 21, or facilitating underage gambling by others.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, or allowing others to access your Account.
• Collusion: Colluding or conspiring with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes, or abuse bonuses.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our software or games for personal gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after legitimately depositing and using funds for gambling.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or our staff members.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of our software or games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between different platforms or markets (arbitrage betting).

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, olx188 does not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times without interruption. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, olx188 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited to your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure

olx188 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service provider failures.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by olx188

olx188 reserves the right to suspend or freeze your Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of our Services or other Players. During suspension, you will not be able to place wagers or withdraw funds. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If the suspension is lifted, your Account will be restored to its previous state.

11.2 Termination by olx188

We may terminate your Account and these Terms immediately and without prior notice if you materially breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 9, fail to complete verification procedures satisfactorily, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining genuine funds in your Account (excluding bonuses and winnings from illegitimate activities) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations. However, if your Account is terminated due to fraudulent activity, all funds may be forfeited.

11.3 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You have the right to close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Account balance will be returned to you within 5 business days following any necessary verification and processing of outstanding wagers. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration.
